Just got half-life for Ron. He's enjoying it as I write. I feel good about starting to get my life in order. I'm almost 11K in debt, and I'm going to try to get it all paid off by the end of the year. Think I'm going to have to add some extra income to the pot if I want to get that done.Now 4K of that is car, but I really do want to be flat broke by the end of the year. I've got 3 credit cards and one car loan. I can move a grand from one of them to my consolidation card and then close that account in about 2 months, that would have me down to 2 cards and the car. All I have to do is not spend money.
I need to go up to BFE washington in march to see my grandmother. She's turning 90 this year. Damn! My sisters went up to see her this last weekend. Flew to spokane and then drove.
My youngest sister is getting ready to go for a new job and is not up for negotiating for her wage yet. It's turning out to be very scary for her. I can understand that as it's taken me years to get to where I am. I've screwed up negotiations more times than I can imagine.
There is a woman in Spokane that I have been talking to on line for 5 months. She's about Karise's age and I've seen a couple of pictures of her. I have no idea if they are actually of her. I think that they probably are. I'm kinda interested in her for more than just chatting. It's silly, and I hate it when I get a feeling about someone that has no basis in reality, but that is the way it is. Oh well, I asked her flat out if I could see her face to face. That would be in less than a month, Jesus.
I'm looking at trying to find or create a game that teaches negotiation. I know that I learned a lot from trading magic cards, so if I can figure out a way of teaching those techniques it could be gold. I really do want to do some seminars and teach and travel for a living.
I just downloaded a program to check my hotmail accounts for me. Should be interesting.
